Position Overview: We are seeking a personable, diligent, and tech-savvy Guest Relations Executive to be the bridge between our guests and the MeenaBagh & Khoblu experience. This hybrid role requires both a physical presence at the café (especially on weekends) and remote availability for handling guest calls, inquiries, and documentation. The role also includes liaisoning and backend coordination with service providers and authorities.
